OnCore Sports hours have change this fall, the schedule is below.
Monday - Friday - 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Sat - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Sun - 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Check out our 2021 memberships. We like to see OnCore athletes train at least 2 - 3 times a week for best results.
We test your speed, power, and core. We also test each athlete's speed for their chosen sport with our smart coach in baseball, softball, football etc...
Our Training Program
OnCore Sports performance training and workout sessions are comprised of the latest intense and effective training techniques used by top professional athletes. Sessions include bodyweight exercises, bands, and weights to develop athlete speed, strength, agility, and power. Each workout is designed to help you achieve the fitness and conditioning goals you desire.
All athletic goals will be set at your own pace and our staff will work with you individually in order to ensure that you reach them.
Our Sport Trainers
Our Trainers have competed at the highest level collegiate or professional level. They are dedicated and passionate about bringing out the best athletic ability from each athlete. The trainers are informed on using current workouts that top division 1 schools and professional ranks are using. Servicing each client's needs and abilities to help reach their goals is a top priority for each trainer.
We are located off North Saginaw Road next in the Fricks shopping center. The address is 4426 North Saginaw Midland, MI 48640.
