Hey OnCore Family!


Come train at OnCore Sports Facility New Gym

Our training is comprised of the most exclusive and effective training that top athletes profit from. Our goal is for our athletes to learn their bodies and transition it into "real sports situations and movements." Our top of the line facility welcomes ages 8 to 18 year old's and caters to their sport specific goals.


Zac Johnston Bio

The founder of OnCore Sports utilizes his knowledge, skills, and winning attitude to help athletes reach their goals of wining at the highest levels. Having a lifetime of team sports experience, Zac utilizes his history of winning and leadership to train teams and large groups. He began this career at Saddleback College (Orange County, California) and became the most highly recruited junior college left-handed pitcher in the country. Zac chose to sign with San Diego State, where Baseball Hall of Famer Tony Gwynn was the head coach. Zac has excellent knowledge and experience training top athletes in a variety of sports across the country. He believes being a better athlete always contributes to personal achievement and success on the field. Zac is high energy and enthusiastic during his training sessions and sincerely wants to help his clients reach their goals.


OnCore Sports hours this fall.

Monday - Friday - 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Sat - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Sun - 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Check out our 2021 memberships. We like to see OnCore athletes train at least 2 - 3 times a week for best results.





 

Athletic Evaluation

We test your speed, power, and core. We also test each athlete's speed for their chosen sport with our smart coach in baseball, softball, football etc...


Our Training Program

OnCore Sports performance training and workout sessions are comprised of the latest intense and effective training techniques used by top professional athletes. Sessions include bodyweight exercises, bands, and weights to develop athlete speed, strength, agility, and power. Each workout is designed to help you achieve the fitness and conditioning goals you desire.

All athletic goals will be set at your own pace and our staff will work with you individually in order to ensure that you reach them.
